Australian themed café – Cafe Oz & Bar has launched their second outlet in New Delhi in Greater Kailash I. Inspired by the Cafe Culture in Australia, Café Oz & Bar has been launched in India by Newport Coffee Co India Pvt Ltd and offers Australian fusion─style food and beverages.
According to the company release, the food menu (Tucker) features Australian fusion─style dishes such as the 'Bondi Style Eggs Benedict', 'Outback burger' and a variety of salads along with a selection of fresh smoothies and juices; chocolate and coffee─based drinks and premium T2 teas all imported from Australia. The bar at Cafe Oz features a wide range of New World Wines by the glass and the sub zero draught beers.
Michael Carter, Trade Commissioner, Australian Trade Commission based in New Delhi, said, “Australia has a strong café culture which is an integral part of the Australian lifestyle. The Indian café culture is catching up driven by the growing income levels and young population that are experimenting cuisines from across the world.
