The Center for Hospitality Research is hosting QUIS12 (the 12th International Research Symposium on Service Excellence in Management)
at the School of Hotel Administration, June 2-5, 2011. This conference will also encompass the annual meeting of the POMS College of Service Operations.
The interdisciplinary QUIS conference combines management practice and academic research with a goal of improving service quality, technology, and management. Prospective presentations at the QUIS conference must be submitted electronically (QUIS12@SHA.CORNELL.EDU) by December 1, 2010, and will be reviewed by the conference committee.
Acceptance is based on the paper’s contribution to both theory and research in services management or service-related topics.
