One of Sydney\'s Luxury 5 Star hotels, ideally located in the heart of the CBD for the corporate and leisure travellers. Presently this hotel is looking for an experienced Director to lead their Revenue Department for the hotel.
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing , as Director of Revenue you will be managing a team consisting of a Revenue Supervisor and Distribution supervisor. This is a leadership role and requires an experienced revenue professional from one of the major hotel brands known for their strong revenue culture. Confidence in your communication abilities is imperative as you will be expected to not only create strategies to support the business, but also to communicate them at a senior executive level within the hotel.
Your responsibilities include:
* Driving the revenue management culture by leading the cross departmental decision making
* Maximise different revenue streams
* Create appropriate statistical competitive background information
* Implementing all revenue management processes
* Using all slim driven revenue tools.
To be the successful candidate you will have:-
* Previous Revenue Management Role
* 5-Star hotel experience
* Clear communicator
* Sound leadership skills
