a resort company specialising in luxury resorts throughout the World and is searching for an experienced and highly skilled Executive Chef to lead and manage the kitchen operation comprising 50 staff and multiple F&B concepts.
You will have the challenging task of managing the opening for all outlets combined with menu design and promotions for several F&B outlets and to direct your team. The resort strives for an impeccable reputation for superior quality, presentation and services and you will find a highly skilled and eager workforce on your site.
The successful candidate must have proven background within leading and small luxury properties of international standards and has prior Asian or Indian Ocean experience.
Position Profile:
* 12 years+ experience in kitchens
* Must have reached Executive Souschef or Executive Chef level
* Responsible for food culture, menus design and implementation of all kitchen procedures
* Creative, innovative & passionate foodie
* Friendly & energetic personality, great team player
* Proven experience in developing local staff members
* Great organizational skills, strong leadership and technical abilities
* Positive attitude with hands on approach
