As a niche player within the premier hospitality segment, Nikki Beach Hotels and Resorts EMEA is pursuing an aggressive brand development and expansion plan. The company is looking at the moment for a Group Director of Sales & Marketing.
The Group Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for directing all sales and marketing efforts for Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts EMEA including advertising and public relations. This position will strategically lead the sales and marketing function, develop and implement sales and marketing strategy and drive revenue goals.
This position requires the ability to plan and direct at both the strategic and operational level. The Group Director of Sales and Marketing will drive the company's efforts to position itself as a leader in its market while developing and managing sales and marketing budget. The ideal candidate must have held a similar position in the hospitality field and will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
