We are searching for a SPA & WELLNESS DIRECTOR to join us at The Andaman, a Luxury Collection Resort, Langkawi, Malaysia.
The Spa & Wellness Director is responsible for the effective leadership and management of a Spa & Wellness Center with botanical spa, beach club, retreat & fitness programs and healthy cuisine including driving sales and profitability of the Center.
This person is responsible for the overall operation of the Spa & Wellness facilities with emphasis on service, cleanliness and safety to provide our guests with a personalized and memorable experience and at the same time maintaining positive and proactive relationships with resort guests and associates.
We are looking for an individual who is a strategic planner and proactive with a proven track record in both sales and marketing of spas in resorts or other locations. Creative flair to initiate a tasteful spa and wellness environment, good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate effective leadership qualities are essential.
Applicants must have at least 5 years' experience in a related position. An educational background in Spa Management or Hospitality is preferred. There are excellent opportunities for career development and advancement and an attractive remuneration package to the suitable candidate.
