With an aim to create awareness among the guests and wine enthusiasts about various wine cultures across the world, JW Marriott Hotels and Resorts has launched its Wine Ambassador Programme. The programme was launched in JW Marriott, Mumbai, besides 46 other properties in 19 countries.
A formal wine tasting ceremony to announce the commencement of the programme was held at JW Marriott, Mumbai recently. The event was attended by Faiek El Saadani, Director─Food & Beverage, JW Marriott Mumbai and Craig W Wedge, Senior Vice President, FineWinesnMore.
Saadani informed that the programme is meant for the in─house guests. “We have developed a number of resources for the programme, which includes training articulates on how to appropriately prepare a wine tasting event. We have identified associates from our F&B outlets for the same, so that they support other staff.”
