The Restaurant will serve cuisines influenced by the costal regions of India, capturing the essence of Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu. The cuisine will be classical cooking with a modern twist.
The term “family style” would best describe the concept, especially during dinner period. The sharing of food will be encouraged to experience the diversity in the offering and the interaction amongst the guests at the table will create a very friendly and home-style experience in a warm & inviting environment. The restaurant will be designed to “invite” not “intimidate”
The restaurant will be split over two levels. The lower level will be a combination of dining and a lounge bar which will seamlessly flow into one another. The upper level will house the show kitchen, a smoking area, an intimate Private Dining Room and a few casual dining tables. The restaurant will retain the flavor and vibrancy of South India in terms of the ambiance in a contemporary updated interpretation, but the accent on food will be on spice, water and its trail.
