Independent hotel operating firm RIMC Sahil Hospitality India Pvt Ltd, a joint venture between Sahil Hospitality Ltd, Germany─based RIMC International and iNetGlobal Group from Switzerland has undertaken the management and operations for upscale property Radisson Blu in Malad, Mumbai, which is likely to be commissioned by the end of 2013. Currently, the company is involved in providing technical and consultancy services to a mixed─use hotel project in Jalna, Maharashtra and a resort─cum spa project in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh.
Speaking with Hospitality Biz, Vaibhav Abhyankar, Director, RIMC Sahil Hospitality India Pvt Ltd said, “RIMC Sahil intends to take up management contracts with hotel owners assuring them improved return on their investment. The focus will be on targeting Tier─II and Tier─III locations across India primarily operating the mid─market brands. We are keen on operating converted hotel projects i.e. properties lacking the necessary know how and performance levels with an aim to maximise returns for hotel owners.” Presently, RIMC Sahil is in the process.
