Accor has confirmed media speculation that it is in talks to offload its 49 per cent stake in Groupe Lucien Barrière.
According to reports, Accor is in discussions with Paris-based holding company, Fimalac, over the possible disposal of its share in the hotel and casino group.
A spokesperson for Accor said: "Accor confirms the existence of talks with Fimalac and Groupe Lucien Barrière about the possible disposal of its 49 per cent stake in Groupe Lucien Barrière."
