One of Dubai’s leading 5 Star Hotel is in need of a highly experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead a team of Chefs in this Contemporary European Restaurant.

This International Hotel Group is looking for a Western trained Chef to join and lead the team of this award winning fine dining Restaurant offering an eclectic mix of Contemporary European cuisine.

As Chef de Cuisine of this restaurant you will lead a team of International Chefs from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. You must have excellent cross-cultural communication skills and must have a high level of written and spoken English.

The ideal candidate will have a very strong working background with experience gained in Fine Dining and Michelin Star level Restaurants in International 5 Star Hotels around the world. You will have a minimum of 5 years Kitchen management experience and will be a strong leader with a passion and flair for running a busy kitchen and developing your team to the highest possible standard.
