Executive Sous Chef - 5 Star Hotel – Dubai, UAE

One of Dubai’s leading 5 Star Hotel is in need of a highly experienced Executive Sous Chef to oversee multiple Restaurants and Banqueting facilities.

· 10 Restaurants + Banqueting

· Salary: Up to 18,000AED p/m

This International Hotel Group is looking for a Western trained Executive Sous Chef to join this Award Winning property. You will be responsible for a team of 200+ Chefs, 10 International Restaurants and Banqueting facilities for up to 1,000 guests.

The ideal candidate will have a very strong working background with experience gained in International 5 Star Hotels around the world, including Asia and Europe. You will have excellent high volume cooking experience and will be able to manage multiple outlets as well as a very busy Banqueting department.

You will work closely with the other Executive Sous Chefs to manage the F&B operation of this High Profile Hotel. You will be responsible for budgets and cost control, recruitment and development of the kitchen team, HACCP Health and Hygiene monitoring and maintenance and complete management of the F&B and Banqueting operation.

Key Attributes:

· 5 Star International Hotel background

· Multiple Outlet & Banqueting experience

· Minimum 10 years kitchen management exp

· Strong English language skills (written, spoken)

· Proven career development and progression

· Good Computer skills – Microsoft word & excel

· High Volume, high standard experience

· Menu design & Implementation exp

· Budget & Cost control exp
