Business Head of MICE
As head of the MICE and Events division the incumbent shall be responsible for making business plans, staffing and service products.
Key responsibilities shall include:
· Leadings sales and managing key accounts
· Setting up partnerships with ticketing and travel partners
· Setting up partnerships with Destination Management companies, including ground handling companies
· Set up partnerships with Hotels
Responsible for both top line and bottom line
Liaise with various Business entities for Conference/Seminars/Conventions to plan out business expansion.
Experience:
10+ years experience in the travel industry with at least 3 years in a senior role handling MICE business.
Extensive destination knowledge.
Should have experience of managing top and bottom lines.
Should possess good contacts with corporates to source business, and have excellent client management skills
