1. AGM - Asst.General Manager - salary anything between 45-65 depending on candidate
2. Bar Manager - 35-49
3. Sommelier - more of a F&B Executive category - strong in wine
4. Pastry Chef - anything between 35-49 - if its a stand alone we wld look at pastry chef only lateral move - if from a 5 star then jr.sous chef or a sous chef is fine. (Its a oriental outlet so someone who can be creative in making pastries/varieties etc
