Strong Front Office experience
*Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably with a property of 500+ rooms
*Sound knowledge of OnQ system preferred
*Knowledge & experience with Novell network system
*Knowledge & experience with Micros system
*Knowledge & experience with PC hardware & software
*Excellent organizational skills
*Excellent people management & team-building skills
*Able to work flexible hours
