1) Atleast 2 to 3 years in QSR formats ( KFC’s / Foodcourts / Snack joints
2) Sound experience in pricing & appreciation of demand elasticity with price
3) Proven talent in maintaining house keeping & service standards
4) Ability to set up sound systems & procedures in F&B operations
5) Experience in food outlet promotions will be a advantage
