Marriott International Inc. will manage the 278-key Cartagena Marriott Hotel in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, slated to open in 2014.
The hotel will be operated under a management agreement with Promotora El Faro SA, controlled by Spazio Urbano. Marriott International is currently represented in Colombia by JW Marriott Bogota Hotel and Bogota Marriott Hotel.
