Accor comes 5th in the French ranking of best “Top Career Websites” established by the international firm Potentialpark.
The Accor recruitment and careers websites were acclaimed by students and recent graduates of French business schools, engineering schools and universities.
This year the expectations and needs of over 3600 students were surveyed. After an initial selection of 200 companies, Potentialpark chose to analyse 102 to establish its Top 30, based on the concordance between elements available on the websites and the expectations of the survey participants.
Five main points were analysed by the students: user friendliness, presentation of the employer brand, interactivity, the recruitment process and the handling of applications. AccorJobs, the Group’s recruitment site, and the “Recruitment and Careers” section of accor.com were judged on these criteria.
