Animesh Barat, Director of Food and Beverage began his Marriott Journey in 1999, as a Management Trainee in Goa Marriott Resort where he inherited the Marriot Culture and fine tuned his Food & Beverage Operations’ Basics.
Post this rejuvenating tenure, he joined the Renaissance Mumbai Hotel and Convention Centre as the Events Manager, incorporating Catering Operations Skills in his expertise as well as getting firsthand knowledge about another Marriott Brand. In 2007, Animesh was appointed the Director of Events at the Hyderabad Marriott and within a short span was designated as the Director of Food and Beverage, owing to his enriching experiences with Marriott Hotels. Animesh will be entrusted with the creation of a niche fashionable food lifestyle by tapping the huge Food & Beverage potential in the city.
