A development of 124 private oceanfront villas to be branded by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co.’s Reserve flag will open within San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, in 2014.

The development, which will be Mexico’s first Ritz-Carlton Reserve, is a joint venture between Grupo Questro and Trinity Investments LLC. Located along 800 ft. of oceanfront on Mexico’s Baja Peninsula, the 124 private oceanfront villas will each have panoramic views across the Sea of Cortez.
