RESONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise the employees within the department ensuring the correct standards are maintained
• Supervise, coordinate and direct the prompt, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverages
• Assigns and controls server’s side duties in a fair and reasonable manner
• Establishes and maintains effective employee relations
• Watches proper staffing levels and labor hours during being in charge of the event
• Assists Banquet Manager in staff training areas
