Successful candidate should be an internationally experienced Front Office and Housekeeping department leader with ability to work under pressure in a high pace environment. Extremely guest focused and will go all levels for guest satisfaction and a leader who can manage, motivate and train a large number of multinational associates.
Primary function of the job is providing Service to the guests according to the brand standards, prepare and monitor the procedures very closely. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and Controlling Housekeeping and Front office operations. Monitor, coach and train the team as per the standards. The Director of Rooms is responsible for overseeing Housekeeping, Reservations, and Front Office. The DOR is also responsible for maintaining the standards of guest service in Rooms Division while ensuring set performance targets are achieved. In conjunction with the General Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing and Revenue Manager maximizing revenue through effective yielding techniques.
Package on offer is circa USD 3500 plus smart housing, food, R&R etc.
