The ship has up to 4 food outlets and 4 bars, as well as an Exclusive Private Island.
The F&B Manager will oversee all revenue for the department, as well as stock control, provisions, complaints, training and USPH standards.
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years progressive F&B management experience in small high quality cruise ships and be used to managing a large multi-national team in a sometimes stressful environment.
Education should include either a degree in Hotel Management or diploma from a reputable hotel school or recognised university.
All candidates should have the ability to speak fluent English. French is highly advantageous.
You will also need to demonstrate a strong operational attitude and good computer and administration skills. This is a new position onboard, so similar experience in a previous role is essential.
Contracts will be on a 4 on and 2 off basis.
