*Direct the Hotel’s Human Resources, Training and Quality systems endeavor of the 2 Hotels, with focus in the areas of recruitment, employment, compensation, classification, performance management, labour relations, training, organizational and competency development as well as brand projects initiatives.
• Direct recruitment and selection of Hotel employees; develop and maintain positive applicant relations and provides technical guidance to hiring associates; coordinate functions in compliance with Kuwait Private Sector Labour Law.
• Coordinate the administration and negotiation of bargaining with necessary recruitment agencies.
