His / Her Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Establishment of SO Spa as per company standards and guidelines based on past experience
- Establishment of So Fit as per company standards and guidelines based on past experience
- Assist Director of Rooms in the procurement of all required operating equipment and supplies for Spa, Fitness and Pool
- Ensure the timely hiring and training of a competent Spa team including therapists, receptionists and housekeeping
