Fantastic opportunity for a Seasoned professional Executive Chef, or outstanding Executive Sous Chef with luxury island resort experience to join this Boutique Hotel and Resorts group and oversee an award winning property on the beautiful islands of the Turks and Caicos in the British West Indies in the Caribbean. The ideal candidate must show stable working history with from quality Five star Luxury Hotel background with working experience of large local and international brigades, multiple outlet experience and high end banqueting experience. Previous working experience in Remote Locations or on Island Resorts is essential, as well as excellent people and management skills to oversee this stunning property. The Culinary operation is exceptional with daily to weekly changing menus plus health orientated Spa menus so requires excellent Chef background to Michelin Star levels, 3-4 Rosettes or 1-2 Chefs Hats minimum experience or training. Our client offers an excellent salary package negotiable dependant on experience with Full Expat Package with accommodation and great potential with the group.
