Hotel veteran Allan Federer takes over the leadership reins as the new general manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai. Apart from the weighty task of leading an experienced team of 267 ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Federer is responsible for generating maximum revenue through effective sales and marketing, and preparing the hotel for its continued growth with the completion of its expansion project with great emphasis on high guest engagement through personalized service.
Mr. Federer has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry in senior management positions including sales and marketing across North America, Europe and Asia.
Prior to his new Dubai appointment, Mr. Federer assumed leadership of The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain to complete the opening and remaining capital works to introduce the new resort to the North American meetings and luxury travel markets in end of 2009.
