Employees attended a tongue-and-cheek fashion show in the ballroom, where their colleagues from various departments waltzed their way down the Ritz-Carlton catwalk in their required uniforms. The show featured staffers from the hotel's restaurants, housekeeping, spa and fitness center, for instance.
