This Easter Sunday, Easter Brunch at café PRATO & Bar is set to enliven the senses with a super-sized feast that will put the epic into epicurean. Guests are invited to tailor-make their own family-style salad and savour the sizzle of calamari and kebabs, lemongrass chicken and New Zealand lamb straight from the barbecue. For those who still have room, the extravagant dessert buffet tempts with traditional hot cross buns, green tea opera cake and white chocolate brownies that will put taste buds within a mouthful of heaven.
