PROPERTY OVERVIEW
The property, part of an international luxury hotel chain, is a deluxe 5 star boutique resort with + 50 suites and villas, multiple F&B outlets, spa and recreation facilities. It’s multiple F&B outlets comprise two bars, an all day dining restaurant, a restaurant with South East Asian cuisine, a gourmet restaurant serving Creole specialties, as well as a 24 in room dining service.
POSITION OVERVIEW AND DUTIES
The candidate will be amongst other responsibilities in charge of the F&B department and reporting to the General Manager. This position offers excellent growth potential within the company.
• Candidate must have F&B background
• Proficient in English and one other European language
• Previous experience in 5 star deluxe properties in a similar capacity
• Very guest relation oriented, creative, involved and enthusiastic
• Prior Resort experience is preferred.
COMPENSATION
BASE SALARY : up to US$ 4200.—x (net)
BONUS: based on performance
