searching for an experienced and highly skilled Executive Chef to lead and manage a large operation within a corporate city hotel in Mumbai. The impressive operation comprising multiple restaurant outlets and extensive function facilities.
You will have the challenging task of managing the menu design and promotions for multiple F&B outlets and to direct your team. Your aim is to establish an impeccable reputation for superior quality and services and you will develop a highly skilled and eager workforce on your site.
The successful candidate must have proven background within leading and large city hotel properties of international standards and has prior Asian or Middle East experience.
Position Profile:
12 years+ experience in kitchens
European trained & skilled in deluxe hotel operations
Responsible for food culture, menus design and implementation of all kitchen procedures
Friendly & energetic personality, great team player
Proven experience in developing local staff members
Great organizational skills, strong leadership and technical abilities
Positive attitude with hands on approach
