This opportunity lies within a well-known International hotel brand at its Shanghai establishment and is seeking the services of a Mandarin speaking General Manager who can lead the entire hotel operations and direct a diverse team of multi-cultural staff with unblemished approach towards guest satisfaction and service delivery.
Desired Profile:
Minimum 10 years hospitality management experience within leading 5 star hotels and resorts
Must have a strong command over Mandarin language
Must have prior work experience in China within the same position
Displays a robust operational background with hands on attitude to daily operations
Able to drive the sales & rooms operation
Project experience is highly regarded
Must have a complete entrepreneurial mindset
Conclusive VIP ambassador
Able to motivate and guide large teams
Great team player, instigator and a natural leader
Remuneration Package: Up to $100,000 (Negotiable)
