Here is a proposal for a small-medium sized resort project in Jaipur outskirts.
We are in the process of developing a unique resort-township for which we are looking for a resort developer cum operator. Here is a brief on the location:
1) The site is on Jaipur-Ajmer expressway and 7-km off main road. It is 35 km. from Jaipur city and near to several upcoming townships.
2) It is 11 km. from Bagru Industrial area which has 150 operational companies and around the same distance from Mahindra world city(10,000 crore project) which will have 150 MNCs soon. It will be an excellent future MICE tourism destination.
3) Jaipur-Pushkar-Ajmer is a high tourist circuit and people from Delhi can also reach the resort directly by-passing the city in same time as Jaipur city.
4) FIRE Capital - A U.S. based FDI is developing a mega city in 1000 acres adjoining Jaipur residency and might need a place for stay of its officials during the next 5-year construction phase.
Here is the proposal for a genuine hotelier (min. investment - 1 cr.):
1) Approved bare land is being offered at a concessional pre-launch price for common amentities and cottages/villas to be developed within a stipulated time frame. The plots over which cottages/units can be developed are residenital title and hence independent units can be sold to investors along with a lease cum revenue sharing model, minimizing your investment outlay.
2) Simultaneously the basic infra for the township - gate, boundary wall, road, water and electricity would be developed. The investors of our plots would also be entitled to use the common amenities.
