Wyndham Hotel Group has signed seven full-service properties in India for its Ramada and Days Inn brands.
Six of the new hotels will be branded with the Ramada flag. Gurgaon-based Aerens Goldsouk International Ltd. has signed agreements for four of the properties, in Chennai, Kochi, Hisar and Ludhiana. Madhuban Group will develop the other two, in Dehradun and Mussoorie.
The Days Inn brand, which was introduced to India last month with the announcements of three new-build, full-service Days Hotels, will see a fourth property go up. Mosaic Infraventures Private Ltd. will construct the new Days Hotel in Raipur.
