Hyatt Hotels & Resorts announced today that Hyatt Gold Passport® received two honors at the second annual Frequent Traveler Awards, including Best Hotel Elite Program for The Americas and Best Hotel Elite Program for the Middle East/Asia/Oceania.
This brings Hyatt Gold Passport’s total Frequent Traveler Awards to five, which includes last year’s awards of Best Hotel Elite Program for The Americas, Best Hotel Elite Program for the Middle East/Asia/Oceania, and the Loyalty Leadership Award.
The Frequent Traveler Awards represent excellence in frequent travel programs worldwide, and winners for most categories were determined through a public vote. More than one million people from nearly every country worldwide participated, casting online ballots for their favorite programs and campaigns in one of three global regions.
“We are thrilled that our customers honored us with these awards,” said Jeff Zidell, vice president of Hyatt Gold Passport. “Our Associates work hard to deliver the world’s most generous welcome, and it’s great to be recognized for that work. We look forward to more innovation in the near future, which will further define our commitment to our guests.”
