As part of our hiring process we ask all applicants to complete an online interview to help us learn more about you and your talents.
Please complete one of the assessments below before coming to interview in person at one of our Career Fairs. This interview is available in 20 languages including Hindi & English, as this is an important step in the recruitment process. Please feel free to take the assessment in the language you are comfortable with, as it will not hamper your candidature. However, for all ‘Front of the House’ departments like Front Office and F&B Service the assessment must be taken in English only. During the interview, you will be asked a variety of questions; some questions are multiple choice and some will require you to rate items on a scale of 1 to 5. Additional instructions will be provided when you log in to the online interview.

Supervisor/Manager - Used for supervisory and management positions not matter which department except sales. You should take this assessment if you are interested in positions such as: Front Office Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor, Reservations Manager, Restaurant Manager, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie etc.

2. Enter the URL that is appropriate for you as per the details above.
3. You will be asked to select the language in which you would like to complete the interview. Please note that languages are the classical translation.
