Developing financial, operational and business plans, development and implementation of marketing plans, preparing and executing strategy to maximize hotel revenue, supporting and driving the human resources as a strategic business partner, fostering the development of a positive work environment for all employees and ensuring that product and service standards are met at all areas of the hotel.
Substantial Hotel Manager experience with 4/5 star hotels, excellent communication skills, written and oral in English, additional proficiency in other European languages or Arabic would be a definite advantage. Demonstrated history of developing and growing a team, Gulf experience highly desirable (but not a must).
