A 5* deluxe resort and they have one of restaurants is perched 500m tress off shore and has the world’s first under water Club 7 meters below it, the world’s media will be focused on the food and club experience with the likes of the Black eyed Peas playing etc,
The restaurant is only a 40 seats and there would be 6-7 staff in the kitchen, open for dinner only 6-10pm. The candidate will receive a lot of Media coverage so they need to be a media driven career chef who would use this as a building block as the salary is not so great, you understand what we are saying, you can be a number two in a top restaurant of junior sous chef from a Michelin star outlet

CHEF DE CUISINE
(With the salary of around $3000USD for our new hotel in the Maldives)
Qualification:
1. Age max 35 years old
2. Preferably, experienced in 5* hotel (local or overseas) min 1 years with the same position
3. Hard working and team work
4. Career oriented
5. Good leadership
6. Self-confidence
