Position: GENERAL MANAGER / HOTEL & LUXURY PRIVATE CLUB (Kiev, Ukraine) U300 - GM
ROLES:
• Provide day-to-day staff and property leadership and direction by maximizing revenue, controlling costs, complying with brand standards while building customer base and awareness in the local community
• Insuring growth through successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies for the key services such as: hotel (10 rooms), restaurant, lounge bar, shopping, fitness studio, SPA center, Finnish bath, etc.
• Working closely with shareholders to manage all aspects of the property
• Employment and office administration
• P & L analysis and overall profitability of the operation
• Operational excellence and superior customer service
REQUIREMENTS:
• Higher education in hospitality management (MBA is a plus)
• 5+ years of work experience in Sales and Operations Management Experience in Hospitality, Leisure and Entertainment industries (5* Luxury International Hotels in Europe, USA or Canada)
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data related to the business performance
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Superior customer satisfaction skills
• Fluent English, bilingual candidate (English/Russian) is preferred
