a new exclusive holiday resort on a private island at Maldives. The resort will provide excellent quality of services through well-trained and motivated staff.
The launch is planned for second half of 2012 and we are currently searching for the management team to finish the pre-launch activities and start running the resort.
Marketing & Sales Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Responsibility for preopening activities, pricing, marketing and profitability of the resort
- Comment construction process and plans (supervising of speed and quality)
- Co-ordinate PR and Marketing opportunities
- Communication with tour operators around the globe in order to achieve the highest possible utilization of the resort
- The position could be located anywhere in the world and the candidate must spend at about 1-2 weeks a month in the resort at Maldives
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hotel / resort Sales / Marketing Manager is essential
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Contacts to tour operators across the globe– London, Russia, China, India etc.
- Self motivated, results driven
- Willingness to travel frequently
