Gordon Ramsay Holdings has announced that it is to open a new restaurant and bar - Bread Street Kitchen - at the One New Change development in the City of London, in September.
Russell Sage is behind the creation of the venue's interior, which aims to celebrate the site's industrial heritage and offer an informal all-day dining approach.
A spokesperson for Gordon Ramsay Holdings said: "Bread Street Kitchen will be home to a relaxed dining experience set in a large warehouse-style room, which draws inspiration from the East London aesthetic that surrounds it."
