Job Purpose:
Control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in preparing and serving of beverages in all bar outlets. Possess sound knowledge of wine, beverages and cocktails.
Years of related experience: 3-7 years
Job Skills:
Excellent English language skills
Ability to work a personal computer
Strong organizational skills
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals.
Detailed knowledge of working practices of beverage
Strong administrative skills
Ability to cope with pressure
Capable of preparing reports and presentations in English
Making decisions within policy. Required to perform independently and proactively without strong guidance
Be able to face situations that require modification of methods or techniques.
Excellent interpersonal skills required. Interact with colleagues and guests.
Assists the Beverage Manager to make frequent suggestions to Management cost control and profitability
Develop good rapport with all regular guests; attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries and immediately takes all required corrective measures
Maintain proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks for reference
