Key tasks
The Bell Captain is fully in charge of the overall Bell Desk activity within the Pullman MoE. During the operations, he will act as a leader for his team and make sure the Pullman standards are strictly followed.
The Bell Captain reports directly to the Front Office supervisor.
The overall responsibilities of the Bell Captain will be oriented as such: Guest Services / Supervision of Bell Desk Operations / Communication & Handling staff issues.
