Job Description
Answers phones/takes reservations.
Greets guest/plans seating.
Seats the guest, at a comfortable pace with them, to their table.
Introduces them to their server .
helps manager on the floor, making sure guests are having a great experience
Talks to the chefs/kitchen throughout the shift. Inform them about the pace of seating, number of menus down, large parties, length of wait list and number of reservations left to seat.
Bids guest farewell and thanks them for choosing us
Provides the kitchen with reservation counts for lunch and dinner
Pays particular attention to the details of the room, making corrections as necessary. "Host" is defined as the person who has invited guests and is
responsible to assure that the house is ready for the guest’s arrival.

Only females for this position.
You need to be friendly, have a ready smile and confidant. Be able to talk and liaise with guests with ease.
Fluent in English and have some computer skills
From any customer service, travel or hospitality background.
