We are seeking a Chef for our first restaurant/Deli/ café. Responsibilities will primarily include Menu design and development Kitchen production Training of kitchen staff Food cost estimation Select appropriate kitchen equipment Liaise with suppliers Other pre-launch guidance. Keywords: Chef, Cook Desired Candidate Profile Desired candidate should be a passionate and creative chef, experienced in Italian, Mediterranean and Continental cuisines. Candidates with conventional experience of working in reputed restaurants/ hotels and those with non-conventional background of being an independent/ freelance chef are welcome.
