In this position, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel and will be responsible for the satisfaction of all guests needs. This challenging role will be based in Front Office and offers great variety with regular Duty Management shifts. As the Guest Relations Manager you will also be responsible for managing and motivating your team. You will be required to ensure that all staff within your department are adequately trained and developed in line with company policy. You will also be responsible managing any employee relations issues in your team with the support of the Human Resources Department. You will actively guide and direct the whole team to ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery. . You will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player. You should have a minimum of 2 years experience in guest relations or similar role. You will be an enthusiastic individual who can communicate easily with both your fellow team members and guests. You will bring with you strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
