1. Understands the Room Preventive Manintenance Program.
2. Prepares preventative maintenance trolley for use each day.
3. Replaces or repairs all appliances and
damaged bathroom fixtures; executes general plumbing as needed. 4. Maintains overall appearance of rooms; replaces broken mirrors, hangs fixtures, does touch-up painting. 5. Repairs and maintains heating/ventilating /air conditionaing systems. Candidate should be able to handle the whole maintenance work of Electrical & mechanical (Plumbing/STP/WTP etc.) for hotel industry.
