Job Description:
* Processing Payroll for approx.500 employees
* To process the Reimbursement and Investment detail of the employees after analyzing the bills as per company policy, produce by the employees.
* Preparation of Full & Final settlement with the Bonus, leave encashment, Gratuity etc.
* Preparation of
Monthly PF return, allotment of PF no. and ensuring deposit of PF on time, distribution of PF slip at year-end. * To provide manpower detail and attrition report monthly. * To calculate the leaves of the employees according to the company policy. * To prepare half yearly and yearly return regarding ESIC,PF and to maintain Bonus. * To maintain all the monthly records of form-5, form-10,and form-12A. * To fill the ESIC, PT & PF Challans. *To solve the grievances of the employees regarding salary, ESIC, PF,etc. * To maintain all the record of new joinees and of left employees * To check the mail and do the needful accordingly. Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 1,75,000 P.A Role: HR Exec.
