East India Hotels (EIH) Limited, which operates properties under the brands Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Trident Hotels, will open its first property at Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai by the third quarter of 2012. Speaking exclusively with Hospitality Biz, Vikram Oberoi, Chief Operating Officer & Joint Managing Director, The Oberoi Group said,
“The Oberoi Dubai will be a 250-keys luxury hotel that will open by third quarter of this year. The establishment will be under a management contract with a partner in Saudi Arabia.” The dining options include a multi cuisine restaurant with an interactive show kitchen, a contemporary pan-Asian restaurant, an Indian speciality restaurant and a roof top bar. The hotel combines contemporary design, luxurious interiors and Oberoi hotels' trademark hospitality.
