In her new role, Fiona will raise visibility of the company and its four brands namely The Langham, Langham Place, Eaton Luxe and Eaton Smart. She is also responsible for devising and implementing strategic public relations plan to support the significant business growth in the region. Fiona is a seasoned public relations and communications professional, bringing a wealth of experience in media relations, event management and crisis management.
Prior to the appointment, she was the Director of Communications of international five-star hotels for eight years. Before joining the hospitality industry, she worked at leading global public relations agency, Ketchum Newscan Public Relations.
